Dear Placement Officer,

Warm Greetings from the BGS Group of Technical Institutions !!

(Registrations are open on Saturday, 1^st Feb and Sunday,  2^nd Feb 2014 between 9.00am to 4.00pm)

 

M/s. Quinnox is visiting SJB Institute of Technology, Kengeri, Bangalore (a college belonging to the  BGS Group of Technical Institutions) on 6^th February 2014 for a pooled campus recruitment drive for 2013 batch MCA / BE / B.Tech (CSE / ISE/ Information Technology) students.  The details are given hereunder.

All those students who are good in communication and satisfy the eligibility criteria are advised to register personally in the Department of HRD, SJB Institute of Technology, # 67, BGS Health and Education City, Uttarahalli - Kengeri Road, Bangalore – 560060.

 

Fluency in English and communication skills will be tested during the registration process. Those who possess good communication skills will be issued the hall ticket.

Note:

• 2 copies of updated resumes and marks cards from 10^th Std onwards to be carried for the registration process.
• Only the registered candidates will be allowed to take part in this drive.
• Spot registrations will not be entertained
• Registrations are open on 1^st and 2^nd Feb 2014 from 9.00am to 4.00pm

 

 

Eligibility Criteria:

1.          Must possess an aggregate of 60% in BE

2.          Should have graduated in the year 2013 from MCA / BE ( CSE / ISE)

3.          Should have excellent communication skills

4.          Should not have any standing backlogs

5.          Should not have any gap in education from 10^th Std onwards

6.       Should not have attended any recruitment drive conducted by M/s Quinnox., during the last six months. 

 

Selection Process:

1. Aptitude Test
2. Group Discussion
3. HR Screening
4. Technical Round
5. Final Interview

 

 

 

Documents to be carried:  (Very important)

·         Pencil - Test should be answered only in Pencil

·         Two  hard copies of resume

·         2 Passport size photographs

·         Copies of Marks Cards

 

Technical Competency

·         Logical skills and Problem solving skill

·         Basic Technical knowledge(C++, Java, Dot net)

·         Should be able to grasp programming / testing fundamentals and start simple coding / testing at the unit level.

·         After initial training, should be able to work as part of a team in testing, documenting defects or writing simple lines of code.

·         Learn to code simple programs and test applications error free at 100% desired productivity within 6 months.

·         Meet all delivery schedules set by PM.

·         Follow project guidelines and standards.

·         Perform monitoring tasks and ensure that the first response to the customer is done as per the time limits defined in the SLA.

·         Follow agreed processes and guidelines and ensure that the data in the case logging system is kept up to date.

Behavioural competency

·         Good Communication skills-verbal and written

·         Good interpersonal skills, collaboration and ability to influence

·         Eye for details and high level of accuracy

·         Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data/information discretely.

·         Very good analytical ability

·         Immediate offer rollouts

·         Joining will be in first week of March 2014

·         CTC : 2.70 Lakhs / annum

·         Extensive Training for 3 months on Technology , Process & quality and behavioural competencies
