Dear all,

As per HOD's instruction, the faculty members who are proctors for the students graduating in the year 2015, are requested to prepare the details in the enclosed format up to date with available data with the students marks card and department office doc.  After the announcement of results of June 2015 and supplementary semester 2015 results, format may be completed in all respects and submitted.

1.  The proctors are requested to exercise utmost care and precaution     regarding the details of re-registered students.

2.  Lateral entry students,

3.  Subjects registered and credit details.

4.  Clearing of pending subjects registered, subject Name & sub code       details (equivalent subjects)  

5.  The proctors's should also confirm the completion of mandatory         courses by the lateral entry students.(with proof)

6.  Total No. of Credits 200

The final copy will be verified by the committee members.(NAMES WILL BE SENT LATER)

Kindly collect the details before the last working dates upto 7th semester.
