Hey Guys,

Thanks a lot for taking out time and filling out the form. We are sure you guys must be enjoying the campus. It is a visual treat during the monsoons.

Well there is a considerable time in between as we will back by 5th August. Some of the things which we thought you guys can organize are:

1) An introductory talk by Prof. Jemmol Unni & Prof. Girish Agarwal (Since they are our faculty mentors)

2) You all can organize discussions among yourselves and chart a way forward/road map (According to you what do you expect from this cell, in what ways you are willing to contribute. As you all have access to the form responses now, we are sure you guys can see some comfort there)

3) It will be great if you guys nominate one or two POCs (Point of contact) among yourselves so that it is easier to correspond.

4) You can think of organizing some kind of event during this time it can be a talk, a workshop or some informal discussion. (We can surely help you out in finding resources for the same)

We would request you all to let us know a suitable time for the talk by Prof. Jeemol & Girish Ji. (If you all are okay with the evenings it can be done any day or if you want some particular day or time please let us know). It will be good if you organize this internally and one person responds back with a suitable time.
