Hi Friends,

Trust everyone is enjoying monsoons with hot tea and pakoras :)

As discusses earlier in our attempt to introduce SE Cell to PRM 34, I and Nidhi have put together this attached ppt as a brief introduction.

Please review it and suggest accordingly.

Once it is finalized we can post it on their fb page and also email to their IRMA mails inviting their suggestions and comments.

Also should we float a google form to capture their interests? Here is a google form which we used at our time - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1f9NxHcuBo9g4WBOOqjyj2ATYtIrrvM5wUHNnD3IBEto/viewform

It will be good if we can finalize it by this weekend.

Good bye..

Happy Interning,
Swapnil

Dear Swapnil and Nidhi,
It was like looking at the report card of ISEC at the end of the year. And congratulations on showing an impressive body of work!

I think we can add the visit to CIIE in the document. Also, ISEC can encourage students to participate in various college fests and B-plan competitions. ISEC can be a good platform for people to collaborate and be informed about different competitions.

After foundation day and news about institute setting up their own incubation center, current members of ISEC are not clear about the path forward. If possible, you could send a mail to us about your idea of ISEC's work in coming year and others can also contribute their thoughts.

Regards,
Akshata Kari

Dear Akshata,

Thanks a lot for your swift reply.

Have noted your points regarding CIIE visit and competitions. Will surely add that.

Regarding our earlier objective/thought of taking SE Cell to the incubation phase obviously now doesn't make sense. In my point of view we can do activities and events which keeps the spirit of entrepreneurship/social innovation alive in the campus and encourage others to take up ideas and similar engagements.

Regards,
Swapnil

Swapnil/Nidhi,
This definitely provides a thorough introduction to the activities and objectives of ISEC.Congos for putting this up. \
Though i do not concur with one of the points written about financial resources. I remember the discussion about trying to finance Cycling Club and Organic Farming but were not able to come up with a model as such.  Do correct me if i am wrong.

Yes Pramodh.

But that was our mistake that we couldn't arrange for fundraising or some alternate financial sources for Cycling club or Organic farm. But don't you think SE cell should ideally do this and this should be one of the objectives?

We can always convey our shortcomings or things we couldn't do to '34' so that they do not repeat it. Above all it is upto them how to take it ahead but I thought all this might set some base for them.

Regards,
Swapnil
