IP Black Lists

Hey All,

I have been looking into the work carried out by Fyodor, HD Moore and
other on scanning the Internet.
Would like to ask the list if anybody has any tips/tricks/hints on
scanning large network blocks fast and reliably .

Also during HD's talk at DerbyCon he noted that he had a BlackList of
IP's that you really should not scan, does anybody have such a list or
know the best places to get my hands on one since I'd like to be able
to re-turn to the US at some stage in the future!!!

Might be best to ask HD himself. Then you'll know you have the right list.
