Happy Morning to you all.

 

Good beginning is equal to half success and lead to success.

 

The year has just started and  lots to be completed for achieving the objectives.

 

Ownership and consideration of fellow being are the two important factors that strengthen the team as well as the organization.  It is easy to say about Ownership and Consideration of fellow being, but it is very difficult to captivate. It needs self-initiatives, susceptibility, dedication, follow ups and reviews.  The strength of any institute or organization is simply rely on how the members understand the mission as well as how members take the objectives. “We feeling” is the best attitude and it can be achieved only when members understand the objectives clearly and share their thoughts and concern among team. The team is above all individuals and when organization drives team, no doubt successes follows.

 

Let the year  2018 be the year of ownership and consideration of fellow being which would lead  ISD, once again, towards the successful accomplishment of the objectives.

 

Dear Teachers, when you stimulate these factors, it will automatically dispense to students, the magic of these traits will be carried to generations and that simply become culture.

 

Wishing you all wonderful, happy, safe and satisfied New Year….
