CIRCULAR

Dear Teachers,

 

Greetings of the Day !

 

Expression of Interest is invited from Teachers of both Primary & Senior School to be the Transport Facilitators and who are willing to contribute their extra service for the safe conduct of the School Approved Transport System.

The work includes coordination between the parents who are availing the school approved transport system and with the bus transporter of different buses plying on different routes during the morning and afternoon session of the school.

The In charge will be looking after the coordination of any four routes/buses and an allowance of R.O.50/- will be paid for this additional work.

The following are the duties to be performed:

1. To Manage WhatsApp group maintained for this system

2. Inform respective parents when bus starts pickups

3. Update vehicle movements to respective parents on regular interval during pickups and dropping hours.

4. Update respective parents on arrival of bus at the school after pickups.

5. Update the respective parents on departure from the school on check out times.

6. Pool the parent’s complaints through WhatsApp and report to school for solutions and redressal

7. Ensure that all Safe Transport engaged students are picked up from the school during checkouts.

8. Update parents the position of the bus during pickups/dropping on request.

9. Inform parents if any changes in the bus timings through respective WhatsApp groups.

10. IVMS monitoring on all working days.

Those teachers who are interested for the same can submit their expression of interest to the undersigned latest by  31st January 2017.
