tgtd dead but subsys locked

Hi,

So, I'm using iscsi-initiator-utils-6.2 on the initiator side and the scsi-target-utils-1.0 on the target side (on top of CentoOS 6.2 x64), software iSCSI on both
sides.

I've double checked that:

- there are no hw issues
- networking works as expected, no packet loss

After iscsi target running for some time, the service tgtd will be stopped.

The log records “tgtd dead but subsys locked”

Can anybody help me debug those issues? Thanks very much!
