iSCSI Cake 1.8.0916 released

Changes:
1. Add file cache to make use of SSD as second level cache.
2. Add support for MAC OS-x.
3. Pass Windows 2008 cluster validation.

I finally rebuilt a cluster environment and managed to pass all
Windows2008 cluster validations. The partitions on cluster storage
should be removed if this message shows up: "Failed to write file data
on cluster disk 1 partition 1, failure reason: The disk structure is
corrupted and unreadable.". Maybe the Windows test tool has some
problem with existing cluster configuration on disk.

And the file cache is stable, at least no issue has beee reported so
far.

Now FAST is over but ISCA is coming, so the time is still limited.
