Changes:
1. Support SSD cache.

This is an experimental version which supports SSD as secondary cache
in addition to existing RAM cache. So far this two-level cache only
works for normal client and is disabled for superclient.
The second level cache is enabled by modifying iSCSICake.ini in
installation dir and the service needs to be restarted to take the new
ini file.

Following is an example of iSCSICake.ini file. "Cache size" is the
size of RAM cache. "File cache size" is the size of file cache in MB.
"File cache name" is the path of file cache. It can be a file, a
partition, or disk (\\.\PhysicalDrive#).
