Exporting a 4190GB Basic disk as a "Partition" (it's a one partition
disk) shows up as a capacity 0, unformatted RAW partition to the
initiator.

I'm using build 225 on x64
Super Client with CHAP
Microsoft Initiator

The reason I tried "Partition" instead of "Disk" is a separate
problem: the 4190GB Physical Disk is showing up to Cake as 97MB (??)

GPT is not supported. You can go ahead with physical disk to see what will happen.

Physical Disk (4TB) also didn't show up for the initiator.

In the Cake admin GUI, it does appear in the Client "Disk" column, but it doesn't mount on the initiator.

Is the client added automatically or manually? Try delete it and connect again.

What is the OS of you initiator? XP 32 does not support such large
disk.

It is strange. What file system is that partition? I just tried a 4T disk and it works fine.
