Can only add one disk in ESX4

I have one LUN which I have succesfully created a VMFS datastore. (LUN
0)
I have now created a second disk in iSCSI Cake and ESX see's it as LUN
1 but it is not appearing in the storage area.
I have refreshed and rescanned may times but nothing.
Today I purchased this software as I thought this maybe a restriction
of the the trail but no serial number has been sent, I have emailed
asking for it but no reply - pretty poor service.
Why can't I add a 2nd datastore?
