to StarWind iSCSI SAN software for Windows
Before you start using StarWind as iSCSI target it is recommended to
"tune-up" TCP/IP settings to make sure it runs at full speed.
1. Enable 9K Jumbo frames for your GbE network adapter.
2. Change the following parameters in Windows registry:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip
\Parameters]
1) GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize = 0x01400000 (DWORD)
2) TcpWindowSize = 0x01400000 (DWORD)
3) Tcp1323Opts = 3 (DWORD)
4) SackOpts = 1 (DWORD)
