Using iScroll with Twitter Feed

I am pulling in a twitter feed using the Twitter API and some Javascript, but iscroll makes the wrapper around the feed the full height of all the tweets in the feed and I want it to scroll for all tweets outside of the wrapper, which I would set at a fixed height with overflow to hidden. How can I configure it to allow this?
