YG Committee Meeting

Its time again for a yg committee meeting!  The options we have are tomorrow night after yg, on Sunday during the blood drive at the masjid or next week on tuesday, thursday or Friday evening.....

I think Tuesday night is the most open night for us inshAllah.  The meeting will be at 8:30pm right after 'isha prayer inshAllah.

The Agenda is as follows:

1. Recap on the events of the past 2 months.  

  - speakers

  - drive- in, bowling

  - yg involvement

  - positives and negatives

2. Update on Masjid Council involvement w/ YG (most likely Br. Frank will be attending meeting)

  - we need to talk about how much money we have 

  - how much money we can fundraise

3. I want to give you guys an update about the meeting I had with Shura Council two weeks ago

4. The next two months in planning

  - when we plan something we should continue working to confirm everything we can in about two weeks

  - we can also have more time to advertise our events ahead of time

5. Some distinguished YG members, we can talk about rewarding those YG people that have been more involved in YG activity and helped organize some of the things 

6. Brainstorm how we can utilize the skills of the youth group members

  - the youth group video project

If you have anything else you would like to add please feel free....

I think more than 4 people have confirmed for this meeting so far and would like to see others involved as well...
