I think of the 3 new Officers can print and sign/scan “their” pages, but is it clear which person/people have to sign which pages of this pdf? No criticism of you, it’s simply a bit complicated with PF and rather easy to make mistakes! Happy to go through them all with you and come up with a list of pages and what needs to be added to each.

 

For the removals, I would suggest collecting the necessary signatures on paper and scanned pdfs, but consider only submitting them once the new signatories are activated, or else we may end up with only 1 signatory which is not enough as 2 have to approve each payment. What do you think?

Hi David,

 

if Chris, Elaine and Tomasz just sign where their names appear, Zdenek can sort out which signatures to forward to PostFinance when I gets it. I suggest you and Zdenek go through it when he has received all three copies from Chris, Elaine and Tomasz. Getting everyone’s signatures is the most important now to speed up the process.

 

I am not sure what you mean by the last paragraph. I assume they will not deactivate any signatory unless they activate a new, and I think Zdenek should mail the complete package in one to not complicate things unnecessary.

I have signed the pages wherever my name appears. In some places, where Elaine has been mentioned, I have left space for her signature, too (not sure if it is needed). Let me know if this will do.

I think it is either you or Elaine and not both, but if you sign one each, Zdenek can choose which to use.

I have also signed. Where either Tomasz or I could sign, I edited the pdf and removed Tomasz' name, except for the last page which is an image and I don't have the software to edit it.  As only one of us needs to sign, I'm happy for Tomasz to be Zdenek's co-signer. He is in the same time-zone as Zdenek and if this results in faster approvals then it may be best for the Society. 

Regarding the last page, David asked about the Society's business address and whether it should be my home address or the Athens office. Currently it is Geir's home address. As long as communication with the Athens office is excellent, and I understand it is, then I think the Athens office should be the Society's business address.

Dear Elaine,

Thank you so much for the PDF. Unless David disapproves, the signatures look all right. 

We need to have all 4 Officers as co-signatories. In most cases, Chris will sign as the Treasurer first and wait for a seconder to approve the transaction. 

In theory, it could be any 2 of the Officers who would sign. Particularly in the era of COVID-19 we need all of us to be able to sign.

I agree that Society's business address could be in Greece, unless we hear from Maria otherwise.
