I assume they have sent them to your private addresses, but from previous experience it takes a looong time. Worst case is that they have sent them to me, but we will have to wait and see.

Cheers,

Geir

Thus far I have not received anything at my home or work address. It would be more efficient if PostFinance sent us email-attached pdf copies of the document. We could then complete and return by regular post or email.

Geir, if they have sent the documents to you, are you be able to copy them to pdf and send to us attached to email? It would help speed up the process if you can. Otherwise we have to live with a long process

Regards,
Elaine

We have downloaded the pdfs from their website before but I'm not sure if we used the right versions...
It's worth asking for this from PF.
They do insist on receiving paper forms but please scan them to pdf before posting them using the fastest normal post you can. Some couriers should be avoided as they can't deliver to postbox addresses...

Then I will check it on Wed, when I am back in Poland.

Dear incoming and outgoing Officers,

yesterday I received all documents needed for the transfer of rights to PostFinance. I notice that no signatures are needed from the outgoing Officers, but Zdenek’s signature is needed ‘everywhere’. I suggest  the following procedure:

i)                 This weekend I will go to my work and scan all the documents and email the pdf to the new Officers group.

ii)                You all sign your copies everywhere your name appears and post it physically to Zdenek. (I do not think scanned versions apply).

iii)              When Zdenek receives your signatures, he can co-sign everywhere and fill in the other details in the forms.

iv)              Zdenek mails the whole package to PostFinance.

How long it all will take depends on how fast the mail can go from Australia, Belgium and the UK to Chzekia, and how fast it will reach PostFinance from Zdenek.

I can see why they have sent it to one person (me), because this put the responsibility for the whole process one place and not with PostFinance. BTW, they do not ask for passports (yet)!

Cherio,

Geir

Dear Geir,

A very good plan, hopefully we will be able to make this roundabout journey in a reasonable time.

Best wishes to all,

Zdeněk

Scanned versions won't be accepted by PF but it's good to scan to pdf and email them to us all and we can check they're OK. Thanks, David
