Dear Geir and Maria,

I am corresponding with Ms. Ursina Hauser regarding the signed documents for the new Officers.

Ms. Hauser asked among other things for the copy of the minutes from the last AGM with elections.

Perhaps we can provide the 2020 AGM minutes and Elections minutes instead.

Can you help me with that?

Dear Zdenek,

We can certainly do that, but an important question is if these documents need to be signed by the President (then Vana) and the Secretary (Geir).

Can you please clarify or should we ask on your behalf?

Of course, they need to be signed by then President, Vana, and then Secretary, Geir, where appropriate.
