Dear all,
Unfortunately, Swiss (and not only) banks require official documentation for transition of rights. It has happened to me in the past, twice actually, to revert rights to a new Board. I am really happy this time English is sufficient (in the past with Credit Swiss, I was forced to submit everything in both English and French)!
In attachment please find two documents:
- The final version of the AGM Minutes, with the addition of header and a signature part in the end.
- The official elections announcement letter proposed by David for submission of election results to the PF back in late November.
I believe that original signatures are not required, given that these are after all ISCB official documents and we only need to submit copies to third parties. If you have an e-signature to place, it would be fine.
Please let me have your instructions as to how we should proceed.
Thank you,
Maria
Dear Geir,
That is a good idea, I can ask about it. If they are more formal, however, and require signatures, then I’m afraid that we would have to go with AGM minutes and Election results minutes signed.
I was thinking that the News would suffice as it includes the official AGM minutes as well as the results from the elections
I am corresponding with Ms. Ursina Hauser regarding the signed documents for the new Officers.
Ms. Hauser asked among other things for the copy of the minutes from the last AGM with elections.
Perhaps we can provide the 2020 AGM minutes and Elections minutes instead.
Can you help me with that?
