Dear Pascal,
thank you for joining the Excom call today and I trust that you are happy with the outcome of the discussions.
Given that fees will be important for potential contributors and with an abstract submission deadline of 31. January 2021 we thought that it would be important to consider the budget of the conference as soon as possible. Would you be able to provide an updated budget reflecting the virtual nature of the conference within the next weeks (before the end of the year at the latest)?
We obviously appreciate that this can not be definitive and a draft budget is of course sufficient, but we believe that it would be important to inform setting of registration fees (among other things).
