Hello, love the program and thought a good name would be iCFit, i see
this headed as a fitness program to better health and well being more
so than a diet and once a workout section is added such as cardio,
weights or some sort of sport that involves excersise it will be a
better program than it is with only the food journal. I was surprised
to see carbs missing from goals seems to me to make it unbalanced, as
this is an important part of balancing Carbs, Protein, and Fat. I hope
a future version dosnt leave this out and also the net carbs was a
good suggestion along with a water count of some type. When I keep a
food diary i like to log the time i eat something smaller meals more
frequently works good, and not going long hours between meals keeps
the metabolism going. I like graphs there easy to look at and c the
progress your making id like to see a section that would show the
percentage of calories from carbs,Protein, and Fat alot of people use
that as a guideline and seeing where your at through the day can help
you adjust what you might plan on eating in your next meal. This
program is off to a great start and with the pro edition new and
improved I can c myself getting fit Thanks for a well worth the $4.99
start.

Carbs should be in goals. It may not be if you turned it off in
nutrition field display settings.

Net carbs/net anything requires a bit more design. We would like to do
this but graphing and activity as well as a few other things come first.

Time tracking is also coming! :)

% of calories from different things is also an interesting idea. If
I'm not mistaken, the nutrition label information uses just such a
formula to find this information. It shouldn't be hard to work that
into the program once some of these other tasks are complete.

Thanks for the feedback! It's incredibly helpful!
