Open Research Associate Position in Vienna for performing a PhD

We are looking for a research associate starting in Fall 2025.
We are still a small but highly motivated and engaged team at the Psychology Faculty of the newly founded University of Sustainability in Vienna.
We research in the area of social cognition, predictive coding and are also interested in sustainable behaviors. Our research method is mainly EEG and we have our own EEG lab on campus.
We are looking for a research associate who is passionate about these research areas and who has ideally already some experience with EEG recordings and analyses. Our research associate can tackle exciting and innovative research questions and perform the research work needed for a PhD in our lab and with our team. Besides research, our scientific employe should gain experience in teaching (3 hours of teaching per semester) and support us with some administrative tasks.

The position is for 30 hours a week (75%) and the duration is for 3 years and can be extended. Salary is based on the salary group B1 for University Staff according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement in Austria.
