Who are They ?!

Syrian nationals who fled Syria with the escalation of the current Syrian uprising.  Over 100,000 people, including women and children, were forced to leave their homes and seek safety and shelter in the neighboring countries of Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan.  The past few months have witnessed an increase in violence which caused more people to flee.

Now, they are suffering in refugees camps !!

Their current situation in refugee camps is deplorable!

They lack their basic needs of food and shelter and are living in very deteriorating situation!

Children are forced to live outside their comfort zone. At young ages, they have to bear witness to such cruelty! 

Who are We?!

We are Ukhuwah Humanitarin Drive UTP - Under An-Nur Islamic Centre - UTP

 

A Donation Drive whose aim to raise urgently needed donations to provide humanitarian relief and alleviate suffering of the Syrian refugees.

Target Organization...

The donation money will be sent through Ikram Organization to Syrian Society for Humanitarian Aid and Development (SYR-DER) . 

                  

It is a nonprofit disaster relief and humanitarian aid organization, aims to provide an immediate response to medical needs of the Syrian people and support long term humanitarian assistance programs for all Syrian people nationwide, irrespective of race, gender, and sect or political persuasion. SYR-DER is the sole and only authorized humanitarian aid organization authorized by the Syrian National Council.

In our booth You will get the chance to:

1. Experience the life inside one of the refugee's camp replica. ( a sample of refugees shelter will be in the booth )

2. Witness the refugees tragedy through a video show.

3. Send your message and moral support to the refugees.
