In addition, ServiceNow serves as a comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, offering a suite of integrated tools and functionalities to streamline and strengthen organizational GRC processes. By centralizing GRC activities within a unified platform, ServiceNow enables organizations to manage governance frameworks, assess risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements more effectively. The platform facilitates the creation and implementation of policies, controls, and procedures across the organization, providing a structured approach to risk management and compliance monitoring.

Prior to his current role he was also an IT Auditor at KPMG and at Sony PlayStation and he still maintains his CISA and CRISC certs.
