This information is being provided on behalf of our member Brian Kramer, who is also involved with the San Diego InfraGard chapter too.

On Tuesday, October 7th, the University of San Diego (USD), in proud partnership with the San Diego InfraGard chapter, will host the Cyber Futures Symposium, a forward-looking, one-day event designed to inspire, inform, and ignite meaningful dialogue on the evolving landscape of cybersecurity.

Set in the beautiful and intimate Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies, with seating for 300 attendees, the symposium will serve as a dynamic forum for some of the most influential voices in cybersecurity, technology, and adjacent sectors. The day will feature a intentionally curated program of keynote addresses, lightning talks, and interactive panel discussions, each focused on a single, critical theme: how we can collaboratively future-proof our cyber strategies in the face of accelerating digital change.

With a particular focus on emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, quantum computing, and the expanding threat landscape, Cyber Futures will explore practical, ethical, and strategic implications for both public and private sector organizations. Attendees will engage with national thought leaders, innovators, security professionals, policy experts, and academics, gaining valuable insights into how cross -sector collaboration can protect our digital infrastructure and societal resilience.

This symposium isn't just another tech conference, it’s a strategic convergence of leadership and vision, addressing the very real urgency to stay ahead of complex cyber threats. For sponsors, this event offers a unique opportunity to align your brand with a cause that is increasingly top-of-mind for C-suite executives, government officials, and technology leaders.
