Meeting this weekend

I am going to be on campus Sunday, 17th, and would like to suggest an
informal meeting at 3:00 pm if anyone is available. There are some
things that need to be addressed as soon as possible, especially
regarding the room and an inspection that we have this coming
Wednesday. If you are in a leadership position of the club please try
and be present.

We should set aside one day a week to discuss IGVC preparation.
