The Big tournaments start tomorrow!

Salam and Hi,

Hope all of u are doin gud! as you can see from the subject of this mail, the big sports are starting from tomorrow i.e. Volleyball and Futsal! we have to be ready in every possible way. Volleyball wont require that much manpower but for Futsal we need people.. every one of them! and we need to be prepared. So because of that we are having a meeting tomorrow (SATURDAY) at 4 pm regarding the Futsal. All the members from Registration and Logistics must be there. The Venue V3A common room. DONT give any excuses, it is absolutely compulsory to attend. 

Furthermore for Volleyball the registration dept will aldy be there and one of the PnP should be there as well to take pictures. FnB plz take care of the water - bring coins in advance so that you dun have to search over there. and we need food for one referee!
