ISC Olympics 2011 start tomorrow

Ladies and Gents! its time.. brace urself, ISC Olympics 2011 starts tomorrow.. all those stressed weeks, hard work (for some of us! :P) will pay off tomorrow! The Opening ceremony will start tomorrow at 8.30 am. but i want everybody to be up and ready by 7.30 and meet up at the chancellor foyer. And by everybody i mean every single person in the committee. no excuses nothing. Further more we still have to finish a lot of stuff tonight. 

CnP - will prepare the stage and the area in chancellor foyer for tomorrow morning, take care of the flow along with PnP

Logistics - will bring the chairs and tables from the chancellor hall to the chancellor hall. (i need everybody to be there)

Registration - gather all the forms and send messages to everyone regarding the sports. (Me , Mustafa and Shahni will help)

PnP - Finalize everything, make slides for tomorrow, and check the montage. and check with CnP head if they need anything

Furthermore there might be a meeting tonight too. so if there is a meeting i must see everyone there for the meeting. Thats it for now, anything ill update u guys. plz stay close to ur computers
