I created a web interface for doing ISCA plots, like we published in the Supplemental Material of our 2010 Science paper (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3037280/) and more recently in the F1000Research paper (http://f1000research.com/articles/low-budget-analysis-of-direct-to-consumer-genomic-testing-familial-data/).

The web interface currently offers an online tool for doing the plots based on 23andMe data. It also offers the source code for the 23andMe version of the analysis.
At some point I'll add a whole-genome version, but offering this as a web service will be much trickier due to file sizes...

Please let me know if there are any difficulties using it!
