I'm getting the following error from wic:
Couldn't get bitbake variable from /build/tmp/work/debian-bookworm-amd64/sprocket-image-base-x86_64-sb/1.0-r0/rootfs/etc.env.
I am making a separate partition for etc, so I know why it's coming up, but the wks file already has the .inc extension. any idea what is supposed to be creating this file?

Scratch that, I cleared the build directory and it went away. must
have been a stale state or something
