[PATCH] deploy-image: depend on procps and increase wait time for progress pipe

Add missing runtime dependency on procps to DEBIAN_DEPENDS, as pgrep is
used to monitor the bmaptool flash process.

Increase sleep time from 2 to 5 seconds when waiting for the progress
pipe to handle slower devices where pipe creation may take longer.
