to International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence and Mathematics

Dear all,

This is a quick last call for MLx Cases, part of OxML 2026 — registration closes tomorrow, 24 April.

MLx Cases is a hands-on, engineering-driven module focused on building end-to-end AI systems in practice. The emphasis is not only on models themselves, but on the surrounding challenges that increasingly matter in real-world ML systems: evaluation, tool use, multi-step behaviour, constraints, and surfacing failure modes early.

Dates: 7–9 & 15–16 May
Format: Online

Practical case studies include:
  • building a CNN for image classification
  • building a diffusion model
  • building a MiniGPT
  • running open-source AI agents
  • building AI systems that reason, act, and evolve

Speakers:

  • Davide Eynard (Mozilla AI)
  • David de la Iglesia Castro (Mozilla AI)
  • Jialin Yu (University of Oxford)
  • Noor Sajid (Harvard University)
  • Sizhe Yuen (The Alan Turing Institute)
  • Xin Eric Wang (UC Santa Barbara / Simular AI)
  • Peter Gostev (Arena AI)

Best wishes,
The OxML Team
