Creating an ISA archive folder

I am creating the ISA archive folder (zip) but with no success yet: an error message popped up of "missing files". I went back on the table and trying to re-load the files (raw spectral data file). Is there a way to load files in automatic way (not one by one)? please, any practical suggestion?
