Problems to create an ISAarchive

Hi,
I am Bénédict, a PhD student in France, and I am looking for help concerning the creation of an ISAarchive.
In order to submit an article, I have to put my data in Metabolight.
I followed the instruction provided by metabolights (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metabolights/help), I validated the ISAtab and it was successful.
When I tried to create an ISAarchive, this small window appears. Has anyone face this problem?
