ISAconfigurator 1.6 beta

Dear All,

We are pushing a new beta release of ISAconfigurator version 1.6:

New features are as follows:

i. Validation:
ISAConfigurator now allows you to make sure the configurations you have
produced comply with ISA specifications.


ii. Export as Excel(tm) templates
ISAconfigurations can now be used to generate Excel Templates.
ISA elements declared as List datatypes available as drop down lists,
default values used to prepopulate cells...

Note that the ontology lookup function is not available in Excel
templates. *However*, the templates can be used in conjunction with
Ontomaton (see http://goo.gl/Uof6I) , the widget allowing ontology
lookups and tagging from Google spreadsheet via Bioportal.


We have also addressed a glitch on windows which prevented the tool to
launch properly.
