Dear ISA users,
We have just released a new version of the ISA-API: v.14.2.
https://github.com/ISA-tools/isa-api/releases/tag/v0.14.2
or from
pypi.org:
https://pypi.org/project/isatools/
It's been long time in the making but, as you will see from the release
notes, a huge amount of work has been done to bring you this release.
The release notes provide details on the re-engineering/refactoring done
on the API, as well as new features including:
- serialization performance improvements
- conversion to JSON-LD / RDF
- creation of a GraphQL interface
- creation of a relational SQL Alchemy model.
Massive credits to Dominique for this delivery !
Also a big shout out to our collaborators for their supports and for
helping us make the ISA-API better.
As always, if you spot something, do let us know my reporting bugs via
our github issue tracker:
https://github.com/ISA-tools/isa-api/issues
We have also a 'discussion' channel available from the github
repository:
https://github.com/ISA-tools/isa-api/discussions.
Thank you All!
The ISA Team.
