Need a room in Delft (from Sep, 2013)

I will be joining TU Delft as a PhD student from Sep, 2013. I am looking for a furnished room (max 400 euros including services and utilities). A room in an apartment will also work. Please let me know if you are aware of any such availability.

I have been looking into DUWO rooms but they seem to be highly expensive. Please help me if you know any place for stay.
