MSc Scholarships

Hi! I wanted to know what the chances for getting a full scholarship for the MSc Space Systems Engineering are if they ask for an average of 80% and we have about an 82% CGPA. I do have adequate research experience and I've published a few research papers and even two academic books. I'm an Aerospace Engineering final year and have glowing recommendations and projects. However, the fact of the matter is that I really can't study without the scholarship. I believe most of the Indian students would be there on scholarships, so I'm just looking for some first hand experience. Moreover, I plan on applying to the PhD program, if that's of any concern.
