Data scientist:

A data driven company is looking for a data scientist.

We are looking for exceptional talent to help drive innovation within our

applied data science team.

BigaBid is a data driven, data science focused solution designed for

performance marketing in the mobile advertising industry. Our cutting edge

technology enables real time optimization given our clients the value they are

looking for.

The job will require you to:

 Build machine learning models from development through testing and

validation, with considerations of production ready, low latency models.

 Invest huge amounts of data, and find signals in a noisy field.

 Write code in python/R and see your models through fruitation.

 Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to

understand the broader context.

 Apply advanced statistics, data mining, and machine learning

techniques to analyze and make insights

 Collaborate with other scientists.

 Read, research and summarize academic progress and papers

Qualifications:

 Strong analytical background

 A degree in: computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, physics

or other related fields.

 At least 1 year experience in a data centric job.

 Experience with big data tools (Spark , Hadoop, MapReduce)

 Knowledge in python or R.

You should:

 Have strong reasoning skills.

 Be curious.

 Be stubborn, and not be afraid of hard tasks and failures.

 Self-learner
