Dear colleagues,

 

Please find attached a call for paper for a one-day workshop that Stephan Scheel and I are organising at the University of Antwerp on 26 September 2024.

 

In the workshop (and potentially also a special issue) we would like to deepen the dialogue between STS-inspired research and research on border, migration and related security practices. We are particularly interested in discussions that advance andrethink the conceptual vocabulary and insights of STS in research contexts that are saturated with open and structural violence, claims to sovereign power and practices of abandonment and distitution.
