ISA-IPS Graduate Paper Award 2025

Dear IPS Members,

 

The IPS Section is now welcoming nominations for the 2025 IPS Graduate Paper Award. 

 

If you were a graduate student by the time you presented (online or in-person) at a panel sponsored or co-sponsored by the IPS Section at the ISA 2024 Annual Convention, in San Francisco, please consider applying. Self-nominations are encouraged. Nominations may also be made by anyone in the profession. We encourage in particular discussants and chairs on IPS panels to let us know about outstanding papers you encountered. 

 

Nominations must be emailed to the Award Committee Chair Nadine Voelkner by August 15, 2024, accompanied by the following supporting material:  

 

1. Contact information of the nominee
2. A copy of the relevant paper

The awardee will receive a certificate and check for $100, to be awarded at the 2025 ISA Annual Convention in Chicago. Nominated papers must be original (not published by the time of the presentation), single-authored, and recipients must be current members of ISA when the award is granted.
