maharajah (maharaja, fr. mahat great + rajan raja; akin to L rex king--more
at much, royal] (1698): a Hindu prince ranking above a raja)
The word should sound somewhat similarly, while the different components are
accurately translated.
maha (great) + rajah (king) mikli + rögnir (can be used in the sense of
king, according to 'íslensk orðabók'. Does 'miklirögnir' or 'mikilrögnir'
sound O.K.
