How about a couple of warm-up events before the big event

Hey Deb,

I was thinking that maybe we can set up a couple of informal get
togethers during the year before the big event in May. How about
homecoming weekend and a winter gathering? Nothing formal, just a
couple of opportunities to meet old friends in case they can't make
the reunion for some reason. We just need to set a place, date and
time and get the word out.

I like that idea..a warm up. We'd be interested in a Fall/Winter
gathering, since you did call it a 'warm-up'... :] It will certainly
be nice and warm in the Winter here in the Dallas area. Keep us
posted.
