For those of you that knew him and didn't know this information, I was
notified with the sad news that Phil passed away April 19, 2002 from
cancer. His parents still reside in the Northeast part of town in El
Paso. I knew that I would run across sad news like this and thought I
would be prepared. Was I wrong.
