Roster, Fees, and Team Related Stuffs Form

Hi everyone,
I hope everyone is having fun now that most of the yelling and administrative stuff is done. I say most because there are a few things left, but as the saying goes, "last but not least!"

• Yearbook wants an alphabetized roster to go with the club picture in the yearbook. If you are not on the attached roster, I may have either cut you, forgotten you, or you may not have actually signed up to begin with. Please ensure that your Full Name and team are correct. If you need to make corrections, please reply to irvingto...@gmail.com. Yearbook photo will be on Thursday, October 18th.

• Due to a lack of funds, we have to enforce a $40 tournament fee. This fee is per person and is absolutely required to participate in a tournament.  If you are unable to pay for any reason, please talk to Mrs. Phillips, Simon, Lawrence, or me. Alternatively, you can email us at irvingto...@gmail.com.

• Please complete the Team related stuff form. It will allow you to choose one of the following: 1) Petition for changing teams, 2) Elect a leader (in most cases, there is already a de-facto leader but please make it official), or 3) Accept your team assignment and abstain from voting.
