Hello, Irvington Families!
I am thrilled to be offering school portraits for your children this year. My name is Tove (rhymes with Nova) and I'm a PNW native who recently moved
back to the States after spending the last seven years in England. For over 15 years, I've worked in the creative field as a Graphic Designer, Art Director, and Photographer. I'm also a mama to a daughter and two sons so my life stays very loud and lively!
If you've never heard of Fine Art Portraits, you're in for a treat.
What are Fine Art Portraits?
These images are a modern approach to school photos. Children are encouraged to be themselves - no forced smiles here! With a clean, charcoal background,
these portraits are meant to be minimal and classic with an emphasis on your child's unique personality.
What are your Covid-19 Protocols?
Your safety and comfort are my top priority. Pictures will take place in the outdoor covered area with plenty of room for social distancing. Only one
child will be photographed at a time and I will be using a longer lens as well as wearing a mask to give your child plenty of space. There will be a chair for children to sit on and it will be sanitized between use. If your child needs a collar straightened
or hair moved away from their face, I am asking parents to stand nearby and adjust accordingly, if possible.
When should we arrive?
You will see a scheduling link below where you can sign up for a convenient date and time. I will be available for three days - November 5th, 6th, and
7th - during school hours and slightly beyond. Portraits will be scheduled in 20 minute blocks with a maximum of 8 students per block. If you have multiple children, you are welcome to schedule them all for the same block.
How will I order?
Within three weeks of your child's photo day, you will be emailed a link to a password protected online gallery. There will be 2 to 5 images of each child and they will come in both color and black & white. There is no obligation to purchase and you only pick
the images you love. Products for sale include prints, canvas wraps and digital files. The ordering process is simple and secure.
The gallery will be live for seven (7) days. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED IN THAT SEVEN DAY PERIOD. Once orders have been placed, your photos and/or canvas wraps can be collected from your school within four weeks. Digitals will be available
for immediate download.
