WE NEED COFFEE HOUR HOSTS!

Please send me a few preferred dates, and when I have enough, I will email you a complete schedule!

When: Any Sunday from September through the end of May, 2016 (minus the dates that are already taken: 9/13, 12/13, 2/21, 3/13, 3/27)

FYI: Coffee hour “officially” begins at 10:15 a.m. (Sometimes people come sooner for coffee, and that’s okay!)

Hosts arrive at 10 to set up. Host should be ready to serve by 10:15 a.m.

What’s Provided: Coffee (which will be brewed already), sugar and creamer.

What You Provide: Snack for adults, snacks/cookies for children and a gallon of milk.

Remember: Leave the kitchen as you found it when finished. Wrap up leftovers and leave in fridge, clean the counters, make sure all leftover silverware and cups are washed, either by hand or in dishwasher (dishwasher instructions are on the dishwasher). Put any used tea towels in a plastic bag. Tidy up!
