I believe in minimalist ingredients. Didn't have beef stock so added a tsp of 'better than bullion' roasted beef base to a can of beef stock, oven toasted garlic bread for croutons, 1 bay leaf, a splash of wine and tons of shredded gruyere cheese melted in the oven for 5 min.
Yum - forgot to take a pic of the completed dish - next time.
