You need a 'U' turn - Gospel reflection: 2nd Sunday of Advent Year C

Dear friends in Jesus, 

                 With the typical rush and pressure emerging during the last month of the year, we approach another Christmas. Words of St John the Baptist prepared people of Israel two thousand years ago to welcome Jesus. The same words echoing Isaiah speaks to us in today's gospel. How do you want to spend this Christmas? As a part of the story or as a spectator?
