Assalamo Alaykum,

 

My letter published in vast circulated mainstream newspaper of Canada in today’s Saturday edition.

Preamble:

NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) has insisted to its member countries to commit 5% of their GDP (Gross Domestic Product) towards defense budget. This means more weapon of mass destruction, more casualty, hundreds of thousands of loss of life, famine, billions of dollars  infrastructure destruction etc. etc. etc.
